Customer Success Executive(Chat Support)

Technical Chat:

  • Own the onboarding and implementation process for our most strategic clients, setting them up for a successful long-term partnership with us.
  • Serve as the client’s project manager for the assigned accounts
  • Coordinate with the developers and resolve the account related errors and communicate the same to the customers in a timely manner

  • Help improve customers' product knowledge and offer guidance on best practices
  • Leadership teams across departments. Have to do up selling also
  • Develop tools and centralize processes to improve operational efficiencies in the onboarding. process and ease the workload on both the account management and product teams.

Required:

3 - 5 years of of relevant experience as executive or senior executive in a calling process

Worked with clients is US

Good communication and great email etiquette

Ready to work in US timing/Night Shift

Good in excel

Must have knowledge of Ecommerce

Product Company will be added advantage
