Role Overview
As a Demand Generation Specialist at TargetBay, you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and nurturing campaigns to support the company's growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute integrated campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, SMS, webinars, content syndication, and paid media to generate qualified leads.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize tools like BayEngage and other marketing automation platforms to create and manage workflows, segment audiences, and personalize messaging.
- Lead Nurturing: Design and execute lead-nurturing programs that move prospects through the sales funnel, leveraging behavioral triggers and personalized content.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align on lead scoring, follow-up strategies, and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling assets such as case studies, whitepapers, and landing pages that support demand generation efforts.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in B2B demand generation or performance marketing, preferably within the SaaS or eCommerce sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
