Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth and innovation. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and build a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across various departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions with hiring teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Promote TargetBay’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
