Job Responsibilities:
- Immediate resolution of technical issues and providing exceptional client assistance.
- Take ownership of support tickets, adhering to SLAs and resolution time commitments
- Availability for client calls, ensuring prompt responses to technical inquiries.
- Working exclusively during the night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Monitor the health of our systems, services, and campaigns.
- Becoming highly proficient API Experts to handle complex integration tasks
- Participate in continuous product training to drive improvement in support quality
